Neil came to have a look at some tiling falling off our kitchen wall - came when he said he would, and solved the problem very quickly - he also fixed the problem for us on the spot! He also reassured us that it was only a case of the grouting having fallen out and that the tiling wasn't likely to fall off the wall any time soon. Brilliant service - would definitely use him again! 5* service!
